Local and International Alliances
- Our relationship with the government began with the Caguas municipality from 2012-2013, where we handled the interior and exterior building maintenance, as well as interior renovations. Since then, we have also been awarded contracts by the Convention District Authority, the municipality of Humacao, and the municipality of Carolina.
- Our services expanded internationally, reaching St. Croix in 2022, where we were awarded a contract for the design of natural patios. We worked in coordination with a local contractor for the supervision and overall design of the project.
- The largest project we have undertaken has been the Caguas Botanical Garden, which involved the construction of walkways and the restoration of green areas, with a contract valued at around $1.2 million. The project was executed with a team of 17 people, including a site supervisor, laborers, carpenters, agronomists, engineers, and a project superintendent, among other key roles.
