Primary Cabling Replacement

We replaced 2,500 linear feet of 15,000-volt primary cabling at the Caguas Botanical and Cultural Garden after a short circuit in one of the manholes made it necessary to replace the entire line.

The project required the intervention of our certified technical team, who carried out the inspection, removal of damaged cabling, and installation of new wiring in coordination with LUMA Energy, ensuring the safe restoration of power supply.

To complete the work, specialized tools and machinery were used, such as pulling winches, pulleys, bucket trucks, backup generators, high-voltage measuring equipment (15kV megger, multimeters), and certified dielectric tools for safe operations.

The work was carried out over a period of approximately two weeks, delivering a reliable, modern electrical system capable of meeting the site’s energy demands. This intervention restored continuity to the Botanical Garden’s operations and provided peace of mind, with a robust infrastructure that is ready for the future.
